Buddha’s relics from Pakistan being exhibited in Sri Lanka

Colombo, May 11 (TNS): Most Sacred Relics of Buddha brought from Pakistan are being exhibited for the general public in Kandy, Lankan media reported on Friday.

Earlier, the Relics were exhibited at Sri Sarananda Maha Pirivena, Anuradhapura District.

The Relics have been taken to Kandy on Friday.

On 12th May the Relics would be exhibited at Ambanwela Raja Maha Vihara. Afterwards the Relics will be brought back to Colombo on 13th May, 2018 for three days exposition at Gangaramaya Viharasthanaya till 16th May.
