Uproar in Sindh Assembly as MPA raises shoe in the face of deputy speaker

Karachi, May 19 (TNS): Sindh Assembly was in a state of uproar on Saturday when Pakistan Muslim League-Functional MPA Nusrat Seher Abbasi raised a shoe at Deputy speaker Shehla Raza over an argument between opposition parties regarding the budget.

The Deputy Speaker of Sindh Assembly immediately asked Abbasi to leave the premises of the assembly following her insane act.

Shehla Raza said, “Nusrat Seher Abbasi  will not attend the assembly session today.”

The Deputy Speaker added that “ Nusrat Abbasi has issues which she needs to sort out in order to sit in the assembly, she has proven that she is not worthy of attending the assembly session”

Lashing out at Abbasi she further showed her resentment and said, “This is no way to behave. To show a shoe is a crime, not a mistake.” “For the past five days, nothing is happening in the assembly except drama.

Today, Nusrat Seher Abbasi has got publicity for her misbehavior in the assembly, said the Deputy Speaker.

Shehla Raza also questioned, the female MPA’s of the Pakistan People’s Party, and said that if women from opposition parties are creating havoc and showing indiscipline in the Assembly then women from the ruling party should respond.
