Islamabad, May 25 (TNS): Supremo of ruling Pakistan Muslim League (N) Nawaz Sharif on Friday demanded urgent meeting of National Security Committee to discuss former ISI chief revelations in his book co-written by his Indian counterpart.

Speaking informally to media persons after hearing in accountability court, former Prime Minister said an urgent meeting of National Security Committee to be summoned to denounce Asad Durrani disclosures which he revealed in a book in collaboration with ex-chef of India’s prime spy agency R&AW.

“Will a National Security Council meeting be summoned again now as top military and civilian brass had called in an emergency meeting of NSC after my statement in wake of Mumbai attacks”, questioned Nawaz.

Nawaz also expressed his concerns on delay in finalising a candidate for the caretaker setup.

The Quaid of ruling party also claimed that the treason trial of former military dictator Pervez Musharraf will be concluded in six months.
