NEW DELHI, May 28 (TNS):  On the fourth anniversary of the Modi government, foreign minister Sushma Swaraj on Monday said India has never declined any proposal on talks with Pakistan.

However, Swaraj bizarrely said India has made it very clear that alleged “terror” and talks will not go together.

“While [alleged] ‘terror’ and talks cannot go together, talks on ‘terror’ can happen. Which is why the NSA-level talks keep happening. Those are specific to talks on ‘terror’,” Swaraj told reporters at her annual press conference in New Delhi.
