New York, May 30 (TNS): UN Emergency Relief Coordinator Mark Lowcock says “situation in Syrian Idlib is alarming with airstrikes, clashes between armed groups, overcrowding and severely stretched basic services”.
He told the Security Council that the Syrian government should allow the delivery of aid to more than 2 million hopeless people in hard-to-reach areas.
