LAHORE, June 2 (TNS): Sardar Zulfiqar Khosa, who recently joined the PTI, on Saturday faced off with party spokesperson Fawad Chaudhry over his remarks about his son, Dost Muhammad Khosa.
However, PTI Spokesperson Fawad Chaudhry denied Dost Khosa’s inclusion. He said that the party has not allowed Dost Khosa, former MPA and Punjab chief minister, in the party due to some allegations against him.
In 2012, Dost Khosa had resigned from the position after the Lahore High Court had charged him in the case related to the kidnapping and killing of actress Sapna Khan.
On Friday, PTI Chairman Imran Khan, other leaders including Jahangir Khan Tareen visited the residence of former Punjab governor in Lahore where he announced to join the party. It was also being reported that Dost Khosa has also joined the PTI.
