Lahore, June 12 (TNS): Ruet-e-Hilal Research Council predicted on Monday that Eid will be observed on June 16.
The new moon of Shawwal will be sighted on June 14 after which the Eid-Ul-Fitr date will be declared by the Ruet-Hilal-Committee added the Mufti.
There will be a one day difference of celebrating Eid between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan even though the two countries observed the holy month of Ramzan on the same day.
Ministry of Interior announced on 9th June that Eid Holidays will commence from 15th June to 18TH June across the country.
The Ramzan in Pakistan will be observed for a complete 30 days after which Muslims will celebrate Eid-Ul-Fitr all over the world.
