Two Indian cops killed, 10 soldiers injured in freedom fighters attacks in IOK

Srinagar, June 12 (TNS): Freedom frighters shot dead two Indian policemen, injured another constable, and looted their rifles in a pre-dawn attack at occupied Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama court complex on Tuesday.

A police spokesman said two deceased constables of occupied J-K Police were manning a police picket in Pulwama’s court complex.

The two injured cops succumbed to injuries after being taken to hospital, while another injured policeman is being treated at the hospital.

The area has been cordoned off and a search operation launched.

In another incident in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district, ten Indian CRPF personnel were injured when freedom fighters hurled a grenade.

Police said militants hurled a grenade at a CRPF party at Janglat Mandi in Anantnag.

The ten injured CRPF injured personal were shifted to hospital for treatment and their condition is stated to be stable.
