Islamabad, June 26 (TNS): In wake of the upcoming general elections Establishment Division on Tuesday issued a notification according to which top bureaucrats have been transferred.
Election Commission of Pakistan has ordered the Establishment Division to reshuffled top bureaucrats in connection with forthcoming general polls to be held on July 25.
According to the notification, Captain (Retd.) Arif Nawaz Khan, a BS 22 officer of Police service of Pakistan, currently posted as officer on special duty (OSD) in Establishment division has been transferred and posted as Secretary of Narcotics Control Division with immediate effect.
Rukhsana Yasmin an officer of BS-22 scale of Inland Revenue Service (IRS), currently posted as secretary, statistic division has been transferred and posted as chairman, FBR, revenue division with effect from July 1.
Tariq Mehmood Pasha an officer of BS-22 scale of Inland Revenue Service (IRS), currently posted as Chairman FBR/secretary, Revenue division has been transferred and posted as secretary statistic division with effect from July 1.
Muhammad Ayub Sheikh an officer of BS-22 scale of secretariat group currently posted as OSD Establishment Division has been transferred and posted as secretary of Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit Baldistan affairs under immediate effect.
Sqn. Ldr. (Retd.) Iqbal Mehmood, a BS 22 scale officer of Police Service of Pakistan presently posted as Secretary Narcotics Control Divison has been transferred and directed to report establishment division with immediate effect.
Sabir Ahmed, a BS 20 scale officer of Police service of Pakistan currently serving as Inspector General of Police, Government of Gilgit Baldistan , under Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit Baldistan has been transferred and directed to report establishment division with immediate effect.
Dr. Sultan Azam Taimuri, a BS-21 officer of Police service of Pakistan presently posted as Officer on special duty (OSD) in establishment division has been transferred and posted as National Counter Terrorism for three years with immediate effect.
Maroof Afzal a BS 22 officer of Pakistan administrative service has been transferred and posted as secretary industries and production division with immediate effect.
