Islamabad, July 3(TNS): The verdict of Imran Khan‘s close aide Zulfi Bukhari’s petition which was filed in Islamabad High Court (IHC) was reserved on Tuesday.
During the hearing commenced, Justice Aamer Farooq questioned what law was in place regarding blacklisting of any individual. Why Bukhari’s name was removed from the blacklist after a phone call?, enquired Justice Farooq.
Last month Bukhari was thwarted to travel abroad with PTI’s chief to perform Umrah in Saudi Arabia, but was stopped from leaving the country due to his name being on the blacklist.
However, Bukhari was granted permission after brief moment to travel abroad with Khan.
