Real Estate experts reveal how land mafia occupied CDA plot worth Rs 10 billion

ISLAMABAD, July 11 (TNS): Real Estate experts on Wednesday revealed that a plot in Islamabad is under the control of a land mafia, which was allotted free of cost by the Capital Development Authority (CDA) for a seminary.

However, the plot, worth Rs 10 billion, is now being used for commercial purposes, the plot No.46 allotted is located at Street 5, H-8/2.

The CDA building control section sealed the plot in June last year, after 40 years of negligence.

Real Estate Experts also said, that the plot should be barred immediately for further processing in open auction and those who didi not take any action against the Qabza Mafia in the last 40 years, should be dismissed from Service.

Property Dealers in the area named Mansoori and Abdul Shakoor are fighting over the illegal custody of the land.

Member Planning and BCS should not deseal the plot and should not hand over the prime land to Qabza mafias.
