SC diqualifies Talal Chaudhary for 5 years in contempt of court case

Islamabad, August 1 (TNS): In a contempt of court case on Thursday the Supreme Court disqualified Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Talal Chaudhary for 5 years after he was found guilty.

The top court also sentenced jail to Talal Chaudhary till the rising of the court, which was 2 hours and 5 minutes.

Talal was also handed a fine of Rs 1 lac in the verdict of the Supreme Court.

Talal gave some derogatory and contemptuous speeches with regard to the court, according to a notification issued on February 2.
