Peshawar, August 6 (TNS): National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has summoned Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief and Prime Minister in waiting Imran Khan today in helicopter misuse case in it’s Peshawar office.
The PTI chairman has been accused of using two helicopters of KP government, Mi-17 and Ecureuil helicopter, which has caused a loss of Rs 2.1 million to national exchequer.
NAB summoned Imran Khan on July 18, however he asked for more time to appear before court due to his commitments in general election campaign.
Former KP Cheif Minister Pervez Khattak and other government officials have already appeared before the court in the investigation process of the case and recorded their statements.
