ECP accepts unconditional apology from Pervez Khattak

Islamabad, August 9 (TNS): Election Commission of Pakistan has accepted the unconditional apology of former Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Cheif Minister Pervez Khattak for using unethical and inappropriate language during his speeches in the election campaign.

Earlier, Khattak had submitted an unconditional apology to the ECP for his inappropriate speeches and in a video message had asked for pardon from all those who were hurt by his unethical use of language.

Meanwhile PTI chairman Imran Khan, MMA leader Maulana Fazal Ur Rehman and former National Assembly speaker Ayaz Sadiq’s plea for unconditional apology has also been accepted.

Election Commission will soon issue a victory notification for Pervez Khattak.
