KARACHI, Aug 09 (TNS): Tree plantation campaign has kicked off in Karachi’s western district, Orangi on Thursday.
Deputy Commissioner, Karachi West Shadia Jaffer, launched the campaign by planting trees at Hasrat Mohani School District Education Office and Siddiqui Park Orangi Town No.10.
prior to these engagements the worthy DC held a meeting with Javed Bilwani of SITE association along with representatives of Sindh Solid Waste Management Board, KMC and SITE LTD to address garbage lifting issues of SITE industrial area.
