PTI suspends membership of Sindh MPA Dr. Imran Ali Shah over brawl incident

Karachi, August 16 (TNS): Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) suspended membership of Sindh Assembly MPA Dr. Imran Ali Shah from the party on Thursday after his brawl incident video with a government officer in Karachi burst onto the scene.

According to the details, PTI’s MNA Najeeb Haroon told media that his membership from the Party has been suspended for a month and the party’s disciplinary committee will take futher action on the matter.

A few days earlier, MPA Imran Ali Shah was involved in a brawl with a Civil Aviation officer in which he constantly beat the man in a public place in Karachi infront of his family.

The video of the incident went viral on social media and after the pressure of the public on social media platforms, the MPA had to go to the man’s home and asked him to pardon him for his actions.

After the incident PTI took notice of the matter and sent an immediate show cause notice to the MPA.
