JAKARTA, August 26 (TNS): Pakistani athlete Nargis who hails from Quetta has won the first Bronze medal in the asian games 2018, in the +68 category in Karate event.
Nargis defeated Nepal athlete Rita Karki in the women’s category of the Karate Tournament in Jakarta.
Before Nargis’ triumph the Men’s Kabaddi team also bagged the Bronze medal for Pakistan in the ongoing Asian games, this is now the 2nd Bronze Medal for Pakistan in Asian Games 2018.
