PM Imran Khan decides not to appoint any leader as senior minister in Punjab cabinet

Islamabad, Aug. 26 (TNS): Prime Minister Imran Khan on Sunday presided over a key party meeting to finalize Punjab cabinet.

Chief Minister Sardar Usman and other PTI leaders from Punjab attended the meeting.

The meeting decided to not make any senior provincial minister in the Punjab cabinet; sources said adding that if one PTI leader made a senior minister then the rest may be annoyed.

Alam Khan, Mahmood-ur-Rashid, Mian Aslam Iqbal were strong the candidates for the slot of Senior Minister.

Prime Minister Imran Khan does not want differences in the Punjab cabinet, sources added.

The Chief Minister Punjab informed all the situation to the Prime Minister.
