Islamabad, Oct (TNS): Chief Commissioner ICT, Mr. Joudat Ayaz carried out surprise inspection of Citizen Facilitation Center, Islamabad. He inspected all the services offered at Citizen Facilitation Center including Domicile, International Driving Permit and Arms License as well as their procedures. He also interacted with public and asked them about their experience with regard to the services.
Keeping in view the suggestions of the general public, the Chief Commissioner directed concerned officer to streamline the procedure for fee submission. Moreover, he also ordered deputation of a Duty Magistrate in Citizen Facilitation Center on daily basis for attestation of documents.
The Chief Commissioner, ICT also directed Addl. Deputy Commissioner (General) to streamline the services of Excise Department, ICT, by introducing token system as well as complaints redressal mechanism so as to facilitate the general public.
