Peshawar, Nov 12 (TNS): Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Shah Farman says higher educational institutes should work for character building of the students besides providing quality education.
Presiding over the Senate meeting of Women University Swabi in Peshawar on Monday, he said any illegal and against merit recruitment in any University would not be tolerated at any cost.
Shah Farman said the budget of the universities would be approved after financial audit and justification.
Later, the meeting gave approval to the budget for the University for current fiscal year.
