KARACHI, Dec. 22 (TNS): Three citizens who helped the police of
district Central in foiling the reported attempts of robberies were awarded commendation certificates and cash rewards by SSP Central Arif Aslam Rao at a ceremony at the office of SSP Central here on Thursday.
The reported incidents of robberies were occured in the limits of the Samanabad, Joharabad and Gulberg police stations, SSP Central Arif Aslam Rao told Media on Saturday.
He said that the citizens namely Bilal, Syed Shabbir were awarded commendation certificates along with cash rewards on showing courage
and cooperation with the police.
The SSP Central said that the accused identified as Tahir, Bilal, Zubair and Fida ur Rehmaan have been arrested due to cooperation of the three citizens.
