Islamabad, Dec. 31 (TNS): Hearing of the fake banks accounts is underway in the Supreme Court in Islamabad.
A two-member bench headed by Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar is hearing the case.
During the proceedings the Chief Justice ordered PPP co-chairperson Asif Ali Zardari and PPP MPA Faryal Talpur to submit their reply in the case during this week.
The court rejected the plea of Asif Ali Zardari and Faryal Talpur’s counsel Farooq H Naik to withdraw from the case and directed him to continue advocating the case.
The apex court sought record of putting the names of suspects in the JIT report on ECL from the government.
