Islamabad, Feb. 25 (TNS): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has dismissed bail petition of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in Al-Azizia Steel Mills Reference on medical ground.
A two member bench comprising Aamir Farooq and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiani announced its judgment on Monday.
Earlier, the bench had reserved judgment on the petition on Wednesday.
The former Prime Minister had filed a petition seeking bail and suspension of sentence in Al-Azizia Steel Mills Reference on medical grounds.
