Karachi, Feb. 25 (TNS): Supreme Court giving final verdict in kidnapping for ransom case after ten years acquitted all three accused in the case.
Trial court had awarded life imprisonment to the accused.
Three-member bench of apex court headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Mr. Justice Asif Saeed Khosa, during hearing of the case at Supreme Court Karachi Registry said that prosecution failed to prove the case.
