ISLAMABAD July 15 (TNS): Met office says Monsoon rains likely to persist for two to three days in parts of the country.
Rain-thunderstorm and gusty winds are expected at different places in lower Sindh Mirpurkhas, Hyderabad, Karachi divisions, Balochistan Zhob, Kalat, Sibbi, Naseerabad, Makran divisions.
Rainfall is also expected at other places in Sukkur, Larkana, Shaheed Benazirabad, D.G. Khan, Malakand, Hazara, Peshawar, Lahore, Gujranwala, and Rawalpindi divisions, Islamabad, FATA, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir.
Hot and humid weather is expected in other parts of the country.
Meanwhile, a 37C maximum was temperature in recorded Bahawalnagar, 38C in Bahawalpur, 32C in Chitral, 34C in DG Khan, 35C in Faisalabad,32C in Gawader,29 C in Gilgit, 32C in Gujrawala,35C in Hyderabad, 32C in Islamabad HP, 36C in Jhang, 35C in Jhelum, 29C in Karachi A/P, 34C in Lahore.
