Muzaffarabad, Oct 24 (TNS): The 72nd Founding Anniversary of Azad Jammu and Kashmir government is being observed with national zeal and spirit today.
The day dawned with 21 gun salutes in capital Muzaffarabad. Main function of the day will be held at Police Line Muzaffarabad.
A special seminar in connection with the day will also be held at University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir in Muzaffarabad.
Following the prolonged curfew, communication blackout and deteriorating human rights situation in the held valley, the AJK government has decided to observe the anniversary with simplicity and complete solidarity will be expressed with the oppressed people of Occupied Kashmir.
