ISLAMABAD: April 24, 2021 (TNS): The Capital Development Authority (CDA) administration is releasing the tender for the development works for the unique housing project Park Enclave III at a cost of Rs 490 million on Tuesday, April 27.
Road, drainage and boundary wall will be constructed in the said development works. The said project covers 453 Kanals of land which will be completed within a period of one year. It should be noted that with the installation of security fence at the proposed site of Park Enclave 3, development work has started here, while the PC-1 of said project has also been approved by CDADWP.
Last year, plots were auctioned in the said society, under which 1047 plots of different sizes were auctioned. However, now due to the special commitment of the incumbent management of CDA, development work has also been started on this housing project. In this regard, the services of a consultant have also been hired for the EIA study of the said project. More tenders will be issued for the commencement of further infrastructure and development works.
