Islamabad: Nov 19, 2021 (TNS): Railways Minister Muhammad Azam Khan Swati has stressed the need for ensuring timely departure of trains.
Paying a surprise visit to Lahore Railway Station, the Railways Minister listened to complaints of passengers at the railway station and directed the officers concerned to solve their problems immediately.
He said facilitation of passengers must be top priority of the Railways, as it generates revenue through passenger tickets.
Azam Khan Swati also visited workshop for major and periodical maintenance of coaches, and inspected the coaches in the washing line.
