Islamabad: Jan 29, 2022 (TNS): on the directions of Worthy DG FIA Dr Sana Ullah Abbasi sb and worthy Director KP Mujahid Akbar khan , FIA CBC Peshawar have conducted raid on accused Zia ullah s/o Haji Nasrullah r/o Peshawer(Currency carrier of Rawalpindi). As a consequence; accused was intercepted on motorway toll plaza Peshawer alongwith motorway police on special information; 40500(forty thousand five hundred doller); 75310(senty five thousand three hundreds ten euro); 13300(thirtern thousand three hundred rangit) were recovered from him.he has been arrested . This huge Currency equalent amounting RS 22585360(two Crore twenty five lac)
He was carier of currency from Rawalpindi to Peshawer.
FIR is being registered against him under relevant sections of law .
It was big success of FIA CBC PESHAWER against illegal foreign currency smuggling.
