Lahore, July 28 (TNS): Masood Bashir Warraich, a BS-16 officer of Rawalpindi Excise and Taxation Department, has been given additional charges of Director of the department during leave of Tanveer Abbas Gondal, Director Excise and Taxation Department Rawalpindi.
It is an unprecedented incident as an official of grade BS-16 would hold charge of BS-19.
Despite there were 3 regular ETOs BS-17 working in the department but an official of BS-16 has been given charge of Director of Rawalpindi Excise office.
