Peshawar, August 4 (TNS): Amid flash floods and land sliding, Efforts are underway to restore traffic on Naran-Babusar road, state media quoting officials reported on Friday.
The road was blocked due to floods in Chilas which caused land sliding and damage to roads.
Reports said that NHA and Public Works Department have cleared 22 blockades, however more efforts needed to clear the route.
The flash floods also affected 18 Megawatt Naltar Hydel Power Project causing disruption of power supply to Gilgit and surrounding areas since early on Friday morning.
