LAHORE, Aug. (TNS): Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan has, again, firmly rejected the notion of being complacent or involved in any immoral role, regarding disgruntled PTI MNA Ayesha Gulalai’s accusations.

He has demanded that experts under the guidance of Parliamentary committee should handle the case for purpose of forensic audit. In a private TV channel program Khan commented on the allegations hurled against him, ‘It is a conspiracy of PML-N.’

Ayesha Gulalai’s accusation of sexual harassment has dominated the political scene of Pakistan for the last few days. It has changed the political climate of the country after former Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif’s disqualification.

The matter became serious when a message was tweeted from PTI s Information Secretary, Naeem ul-Haque s Twitter account, stating: Should I apologize for discussing marriage with Ayesha Gulalai? No, I don t think so. Nothing wrong with that.

A startled reaction of twitterati followed. However, Shafqat Mehmood (PTI leader) claimed that the Twitter handle of Naeem ul-Haque was hacked and the message had no reality.

Imran broke silence on Thursday and said Sharifs were behind the campaign to tarnish his reputation. He said that Gulalai had come to Bani Gala a day before she held a press conference (Sunday) and had asked for the NA-1 ticket. “I reprimanded her for her poor performance in the National Assembly and absence in the party meetings,” he maintained.

PTI has suspended Gulalai s membership and demanded resignation of her National Assembly seat.
