KARACHI, Aug. 5 (TNS): The accountability court in Karachi has indicted the accused including member Sindh assembly in corruption reference of Rs 2.5 billion in coal projects.
The hearing held in accountability court in Karachi and accused MPA Faqir Dad Khoso and others produced before the court.
The court has ordered the frame of charges as saying prima facie there was enough material on record to proceed against all the accused, however the accused refused to confess crime.
Court has ordered to produce witnesses in next hearing.
It is learnt that coal corruption reference was filed against the 11 accused including Hyderabad Chamber Goharullah, former secretary CM Sindh Sohail Akbar Shah, former director mines and mineral Manzoor Hussain and Abdul Rashid.
