ISLAMABAD, Aug 5 (TNS): A petition seeking to put names of Sharif family in Exit Control List (ECL) has been filed in Islamabad High Court as hearing will be on August 7, Monday.
The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf member Usman Saeed filed the petition requesting the court that the Sharif family including Ishaq Dar and Captain Retd Safdar’s name should be put in ECL as they can leave the country to avoid trial as per Panama case decision in which apex court ordered the filing of reference against Sharif family.
“It is essential to bar them to leave country so that the Panama case could be taken to its logical end, ” he has the stance in his plea.
