Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (TNS) Change in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Echo of Governor’s Rule is being heard, Is this a political change in KP, Is it the right time for Governor’s Rule? The debate on whether or not to topple the PTI government in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is going on in the country’s political circles. On one hand, important government meetings are ongoing, while on the other hand, amid news of the possible overthrow of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government, on July 3, Governor KP Faisal Karim Kundi and Awami National Party chief Aimal Wali Khan held important meetings with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. Governor KP Faisal Karim Kundi says that if the opposition has a majority, then the change of government is a constitutional right, it is not right to call it a conspiracy. Governor KP clarified that the new political situation created after the restoration of reserved seats was also discussed and said that his own people are enough to conspire against Gandapur. Apart from this, the Prime Minister’s meeting with Aimal Wali Khan also included a detailed discussion on the political situation in the country, in which various federal ministers and special assistants also participated. It should be remembered that the PTI government has been in power in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the last 12 years, while the PTI KP government has failed to maintain law and order. Corruption has become a record, unrest is on the rise, there is no rule of law, no good governance, people are living a miserable life. Moreover, the law and order situation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is deteriorating with each passing day and the people of the province are insecure due to the deteriorating law and order situation. It may be recalled that a few days ago, Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, along with Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi, had decided to take immediate steps to ensure law and order in the province. Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif had a telephone conversation with Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi, during which the governor informed him about the deteriorating law and order situation in the province. Faisal Karim Kundi said that incidents of kidnapping of government employees and attacks on police are increasing in the province, while police personnel are protesting in several districts, the police, which provide security to the people, are themselves insecure and the provincial government has completely failed to ensure peace and security of the people. The Prime Minister had expressed concern to the Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa about the deteriorating law and order situation in the province and had decided to take immediate steps. In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the opposition parties are undoubtedly waiting for a major political and constitutional change after the Supreme Court’s decision, but the coalition parties of the federal government are not interested in Governor’s rule, while Maulana Fazlur Rehman has expressed hope for a possible change in his recent visit to KP. Meanwhile, in the same political context, the aggressive response of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has also come to light. He has said in two words that no matter how much force is applied, his government cannot be overthrown through constitutional means. He challenged and said that if his government is toppled, he will leave politics. Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman has said that there should be a change in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, if the PTI is in the majority, then the change should come from within them, lest the opposition mobilize and change the provincial government. During a press conference in Peshawar, Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that we believe that the PTI majority in the province is fake, if there is a change in his own party, it will be better. Remember that Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F) leader Hafiz Hamdullah had claimed that a PTI delegation had come to Maulana Fazlur Rehman and requested him not to be part of the no-confidence motion in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Maulana Fazlur Rehman had said that he is not interested in toppling the KP government, I consider the assembly and the entire system to be fake and rigged.
Secondly, some people within the PTI want to change Ali Amin Gandapur. It should be recalled that it was earlier claimed that Maulana Fazlur Rehman had distanced himself from a possible no-confidence motion against the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government and Maulana Fazlur Rehman’s message was conveyed to the founding chairman of PTI in Adiala Jail, which was given through his sisters during a prison visit. The message said that Maulana was contacted to topple the government, but he refused. During a press conference in Peshawar, Maulana said that why is our path being blocked? If the people’s support is with us, then no one has the courage to block the path of our government. We are waiting for the people’s decision. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa cannot afford further political conflict. The life of the common man is unsafe. The citizen thinks while leaving his house. If the opposition parties contact us on the issue of law and order, we will definitely talk to them. We want an All Parties Conference (APC) to be held in the province on this important issue. Discussions with political parties regarding the Senate elections are still in the initial stages. I cannot talk further on it. If I agreed with the decisions of the federal government, would I not be with them? The PDM president is on one side and the government is on the other. The assembly elections were held, the objectives are sold out. Should I now be part of a government that is selling out? But if the government is forced to wage war, they will stand in a row despite a thousand doubts. When asked about the release of Imran Khan, the JUI-F chief had said that no politician should be in jail, but politicians go to jail. Movements are not for release but for grand purposes. Politicians come out of jail and make compromises. Maulana Fazlur Rehman took a dig at the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government and said that this is not a government, it is a government that gives allowances. It sends monthly allowances to armed people. Then we can go and enter other areas including Dera Ismail Khan. Pakistan Muslim League (N), central leader, advisor to the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif, on Khyber Pakhtunkhwa political affairs and former member of the provincial assembly from Nowshera, Akhtyar Wali Khan, while talking to this columnist, clarified that no no-confidence motion is under consideration against the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) provincial government in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, nor has there been any talk with Maulana Fazlur Rehman about toppling the government.Senior leader of the Muslim League (N) Akhtyar Wali Khan says that we have no intention of overthrowing the Pakhtunkhwa government at all. In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the PTI is divided into three parts. One faction believes only in Ali Amin. The second faction is committed to Imran Khan. The third faction is fed up with the policies of Imran Khan and Ali Amin. In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, where the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf government has been formed for the third time, this is the third assembly and the slogan is that “Let’s go clean, let’s go transparently. If not now, when? We have come out to save the country? Come with us. Not two, one Pakistan. The state of Medina. New Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.” Many other incidents have come to light before this. All the incidents that happened earlier were inside the country. They were proven to be theft. But today, the United Nations World Food Program has formally charged the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government. Senior leader of the Muslim League (N) Ikhtiar Wali said that in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, where the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf government has been formed for the third time, this is the third assembly and the slogan is that it is clean, clean, clean, if not now, then when, we have come out to save the country, come with us, not two, one Pakistan, the state of Medina, new Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and many other incidents have come to light before this about those who raised all these beautiful slogans. All the incidents that happened before were within the country, they were proven to be theft, but today the United Nations World Food Program has formally charged the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government. For this reason, the World Food Program has closed its program in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He said that I appeal to the whole of Pakistan in general and the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in particular that the people you voted for as honest and trustworthy, today the whites have also told them that they are neither honest nor trustworthy, but they are robbers. They did not run clean or transparent, but they ran completely dead. Tehreek-e-Insaf is a party that robs the nation in the name of transparency, which does injustice to the nation in the name of justice. This is a story of corruption of about 800 million and on this the World Food Program has closed its program in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He said that if we work here further, we will work with non-governmental organizations and NGOs. Whatever funds the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government receives from the federation or the United Nations, it is used to promote chaos or false propaganda in Pakistan. Those who cannot do justice to innocent children drinking milk, what justice will they do to this country, what justice will they do to this province, what justice will they do to democracy, what justice will they do to Pakistan. Half of the Billion Trees trees are not present on the spot, salaries for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa projects are spent on PTI’s social media, looted funds will be spent on bringing down D-Chowk, the stock exchange and isolating Pakistan, the country’s money is being wasted in KP by PTI. In addition, the Prime Minister’s Advisor on Law and Justice, Barrister Aqeel Malik, says that PTI’s looting has been proven, due to corruption and financial irregularities, the World Food Program has closed its program in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, looting continues in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the PTI government has been in power in the province for 12 years and the series of irregularities is also continuing. The proven irregularities that have come to light in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have exposed the party that used to shout the slogan of “clean, transparent” and “clean”. Barrister Aqeel Malik says that irregularities have also come to light in the Benazir Income Support Program and its sub-development program and even milk cartons for infants were sold. Irregularities worth about Rs 800 million have come to light in the World Food Program program. The way the people of KP are being treated and the way the province is being looted with both hands is now in front of you all. This fact has been reported in the media. The people of the province are screaming that we are neither getting justice nor are we being provided with basic facilities. Ghost employees were brought in, fake receipts were made. The goods that were found for the use of children and their mothers were sold in the market and were sold in black in the markets. We want an audit of this so that the irregularities committed by the KP government in this program come to light and the people should know how they are being robbed, just as public money that is allocated for the people and should be spent on the people is being used for sit-ins or burning houses every day.
