ISLAMABAD, Aug 9 (TNS): Governor KP Iqbal Zafar Jhagra called on Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi here at the PM office Wednesday.
A statement from the PM House said development projects of FATA were discussed in the meeting.
The Prime Minister said the government was focusing on mainstreaming FATA at par with other federating units of the state. “Consensus building among all stakeholders on important issues relating to FATA is our priority,” he said. He emphasized that improvements in health, education and human resource capacity building was necessary for upgrading socioeconomic status of FATA residents.
