Islamabad, August 11 (TNS): A joint search operation conducted by Islamabad police, Rangers and intelligence agencies in federal capital and its suburb areas on Friday.
The search operation was carried out in the areas of Gokina Talhar, Gokina Khurd, Gokina Kalan and other areas within jurisdiction of Kohistan police station.
During search operations, 100 houses and 200 people were checked.
The search operation aims to enhance the security of the federal capital, says SSP Sajjad Keani.

Meanwhile, forces conducted a separate search operation within limits of Karachi Company police station where police along with Rangers checked Peshawar Mor, Musharraf Colony, Miskin Colony, Guest houses, G-9 Markaz and other areas of Karachi Company.
During search operation 170 houses and 250 people were checked to enhance the security of Islamabad.
