KARACHI Aug. 18, (TNS): Sindh High Court on Friday expressed anger over non-appearance of investigation officer of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in the court.
A division bench of the court was hearing bail application of a contractor in a case relating to misappropriation of development funds in Larkana.
A government contractor Liaqat Rajpoot has moved to SHC for protective bail in a NAB inquiry into alleged embezzlement and corruptions in developments projects of Larkana.
The Investigation Officer (IO) of NAB did not appear before the court when the petition came up for hearing.

This angered the bench.
The court directed to ensure presence in next hearing. The court said that if the IO did not appear before the bench then it would summon Chairman NAB.
