LAHORE Aug 23 (TNS): Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif on Wednesday expressed best wishes for Kulsoom Nawaz, who has been diagnosed with throat cancer.
On Wednesday, Shahbaz took to twitter to express best wishes and prayers for his ailing sister-in-law. He said that his best wishes and prayers were with Kulsoom Bhabi for her quick recover, good health and long life. He added that the whole family stood by her.
“My best wishes & prayers for my Kalsoom bhabi for her quick recovery, good health & long life, the whole family stands by her,” he tweeted.
Begum Kulsoom Nawaz, wife of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, was diagnosed with throat cancer on Tuesday. Media reports said that a team of doctors had advised her to undergo treatment without any delay. According to British doctors treating the former premier’s wife, her ailment is curable and “treatment shouldn’t be too complicated.”
