Over 544,000 Pakistanis deported from different countries as of 2012 to 2017

BEIJING Sept 25 (TNS): A total of 544,105 Pakistanis were deported from different countries from 2012 to 2017 (upto 30 June) with majority of (116185) in the year 2015 while the major reasons behind deportation were over stay, illegal entry, illegal immigration. They were deported by respective governments.

According to the data obtained through official source, majority of 116,185 Pakistanis were deported in the year 2015 followed by 111,084 in the year 2016, 87,165 in 2017 (upto 30 June),79539 in 2013 and 71723 in 2012.

Among various reasons, majority (58,935) of Pakistanis were deported due to overstay while 3,763 on the charges of illegal entry followed by 2,959 deportees on the account of illegal immigration.

Among the various countries, majority of the Pakistanis were deported from Saudi Arabia and the number was 64,689 in the year 2017 (up to June), 57,784 in 2016, 61,403 in 2015, 45,456 in 2014, 3351 in 2013 and 17,369 in 2012.

A total of 5115 Pakistani were deported from United Arab Emirates in the year 2017, 9987 in 2016, 8690 in 2015, 8434 in 2014, 9597 in 2013 and 10235 in 2012.

A total of 2815 Pakistanis were deported from Turkey in 2017 while 2127, 2332, 1597, 339, 566 were deported from 2016 to 2012 respectively.

A total of 1490 Pakistanis were deported from Malaysia in the year 2017 while 3664, 3910, 4265, 1727, 1068 were deported from 2016 to 2012 respectively.

A total of 1266 Pakistanis were deported from Oman in the year 2017 while 1794 in 2016, 4543 in 2015, 1683 in 2014, 5018 in 2013, 6111 in 2012.

A total of 894 Pakistanis were deported from United Kingdom in the year 2017 while 1890 in 2016, 2514 in 2015, 3073 in 2014, 3235 in 2013 and 2094 in the year 2012.
