ISLAMABAD SEP 27 (TNS): Senator Rehman Malik chaired the Senate Committee on interior meeting held on Wednesday wherein he offered prayers for the martyred lieutenant Arsalan Alam and condemned terrorism in strongest words.
Malik said that we are proud of our army and we can’t let their sacrifices go waste. The blood of martyrs gives life to the nation. “Defeat is the destiny of terrorists which will happen very soon”, he added.
The Senate Committee on Interior strongly condemning the genocide of Burmese Muslims, requested the Government of Pakistan to go to the United Nations to raise voice against the ethnic cleansing of Muslims in Burma. A resolution was approved in the meeting to this effect.
