KARACHI Oct 10 (TNS): Pakistan Muslim League (N) has submitted a resolution in the Sindh Assembly secretariat against the knife attacks on women in Karachi.
The resolution, submitted by PML (N) MPA, Sorath Thebo, said that Sindh government is incapable of handling the situation.
It said instead of arresting the culprit, a reward of one million rupees has been announced for anyone providing help to capture the culprit.
