LAHORE, Nov 05 (TNS): Around 2,500 Sikh pilgrims from India arrived at Wagah Railway Station to participate in Guru Nanak Jayanti – one of Sikhism’s most sacred festivals, to mark the 549th birth anniversary of Baba Guru Nanak.
Also known as Guru Nanak Gurpurab that means ‘Guru Nanak’s birthday’, it is a special day for celebration and prayer among the Sikhs.
