GDA gather thousands to send shivers down PPP spine

SUKKHAR, Nov 27 (TNS): Leaders of anti-PPP political platform, the Grand Democratic Alliance (GDA), by showcasing their public foothold here on Sunday have claimed they will form government in the province after the next general elections.

A large number of political workers participated in the convention, which was chaired by Pakistan Muslim League-Functional chief Pir Sabghatullah Shah Rashidi.

Senior political leaders, including Ghoas Ali Shah, Zulfiqar Mirza, Safdar Abbasi, federal minister Sadaruddin Shah Rashidi, Ghulam Murtaza Jatoi, Ayaz Latif Palejo, MPA Nusrat Sehar Abbasi and others addressed the political gathering of thousands which might have send shivers down the spine of PPP.

The GDA leaders vowed that they will give tough time to PPP in the next general elections and criticised the incumbent provincial government.

The speakers alleged that the province has been ruined under the PPP rule during the past 10 years.

The people of Sindh were looking towards judiciary, and not to the government, for redressal of their miseries, the speakers claimed.
