ISLAMABAD Nov 29 (TNS): Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq says Pakistan is desirous of expanding relations with friendly countries.
He was talking to the ambassadors of France, Sudan and the United Arab Emirates who called on him separately in Islamabad on Wednesday.
Matters relating to bilateral relations and mutual interests were discussed in the meetings.
The Speaker said Pakistan wants to promote cooperation with all the countries for regional development and economic stability.
French Ambassador Marc Barety said his country values its relations with Pakistan and wants to promote mutual ties.
UAE Ambassador Hamad Obaid Ibrahim Salem said relations between his country and Pakistan are based on firm foundations.
Ambassador of Sudan Tageldin Elhadi Eltahir said his country wants to further strengthen its parliamentary relations with Pakistan.
