US should not put blames of its failure in Afghanistan on Pakistan: says Marriyum

Islamabad, Jan. 1 (TNS): Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb said that the United States should not put blames of its failure in Afghanistan on Pakistan, state run media reported on Monday.

In an interview, she said that Pakistan has rendered unmatched sacrifices in the war against terrorism and there is no ambiguity about it.

Marriyum Aurangzeb said that that all political parties should be united over national security and nobody should indulge in politicking.

She said that we should give a clear message to all that we are united over national security.

The Minister of State said that all the aid Pakistan has so far received from the United States is on record. She said that former Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has categorically made it clear that Pakistan wants trade not aid from the United States.

Marriyum Aurangzeb said that sensitive issues should not be discussed through tweets.
