LAHORE, Jan 07 (TNS): Former premier and President of PML-N Nawaz Sharif has assured Chief Minister Balochistan Sunaullah Zehri that no undemocratic move will be accepted and no confidence motion against him is being moved to postpone the Senate elections.
Zehri on Sunday made a telephonic contact with Nawaz Sharif and briefed him on the current political situation and sought his help regarding the motion.
The ousted premier termed the motion a conspiracy against PML-N, and said people’s mandate is his foremost priority.
It is worth mentioning here that former deputy speaker Mir Quddus Bizenjo had tabled the motion with signatures of 14 members which created a rift within the Balochistan coalition government.
