ISLAMABAD, Jan 09 (TNS): The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) has summoned the parliamentary board meeting on January 16 to draft strategy for the next general election, which will be held in July 2018.
According to press release issued by the PTI, chairman Imran Khan will chair the parliamentary board meeting.
It also stated that PTI has decided to approach the Supreme Court with full strength regarding Hudaibiya Papers Mills, therefore PTI will submit a petition on Thursday in NAB against the SC decision, in which apex court turned down the NAB plea for reopening of the Hudaibiya Papers Mills case.PTI reiterate its commitment to support PAT’s Tahirul Qadri agitation against government for the victims of the Model Town tragedy and also directed the workers to participate the protest in large numbers.
PTI has also demanded the release of Raja Zafarul Haq report regarding Faizabad sit-in. PTI leadership has directed the media team to make all out efforts in case against Jang/Geo in PEMRA using legal experts.
