ICJ instructs India to submit reply in Kulbhushan’s case by 17th April

HAGUE Jan 24 (TNS): The International Court of Justice has instructed India to submit its reply in the case of convicted Indian spy Kulbhushan Jadhav by 17th April.

Kulbhushan Jadhav was arrested in Balochistan by security forces and tried, convicted and sentenced to death by a military court on charges of espionage and his involvement in subversive activities.
