ISLAMABAD, June 25 (TNS): Anti Car Lifting Cell (ACLC) of Islamabad police has arrested a car lifter and recovered two stolen cars from him, a police spokesman said.
According to details, SP Investigation Muhammad Zeeshan constituted a team comprising ASI Muhammad Siddique under supervision of In-Charge Anti-Car Lifting Cell Liaqat Ali.
This team worked hard and apprehended a car lifter namely Syed Abdul Baseer Shah resident of Rawalpindi and recovered two vans (LZC-7599,LEE-2182). The said car lifter was also wanted in case No.94/17 of PS Secretariat. The accused confessed that he sold tempered vehicles with original documents to people. Efforts are being made out to arrest his other accomplices. Further investigation from him.
